90-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 90 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for an exchange, products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include original packaging, accessories, and tags where applicable.
  • Show no signs of misuse or intentional damage.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products damaged through improper use or normal wear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include photos of the item.
