90-Day Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 90 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for an exchange, products must:
- Be unused and in original condition.
- Include original packaging, accessories, and tags where applicable.
- Show no signs of misuse or intentional damage.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products damaged through improper use or normal wear.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include photos of the item.
